Just FYI on the Sterling thing. According to the girl’s lawyer, Sterling actually did know he was being recorded. Her lawyer said the tape was made by “mutual consent,” Why he consented, I have no idea, but he has so far not made any claim that the tape was made without his knowledge.
He has said he “should have just paid her off,” apparently. But that’s good info, thank you.
