SFR 288: A Burger Bar Mitzvah!

Because Sunday was Mother’s Day, and we kind of wanted to avoid pissing our respective wives and moms by doing a show, we decided to get together Saturday evening with burgers and tasty brews and do an episode completely off-the-cuff, without the use of notes or the internet for support!

SFRfingerprintPrior to going on-air, we picked up peanut butter burgers from the local eatery Perrysburger, grabbed a bottle of delectable blackberry mead, and also a watermelon wheat beer, and went to work.  Along the way we touch on a variety of topics while our bellies progressively get fatter and we each feel a bit buzzed.

What did we talk about?

Pretty sure Bobby talked about a recent Q&A he had with a Jehovah’s Witness, Korbus recalled a story he heard recently about a 3yo Milwaukee boy who shot himself in the head and, between the two of us, bitched a fair amount about religion.  Probably not the greatest topics to discuss under the influence of alcohol, but we did our best and had a bunch of laughs along the way!

About Jason Korbus

Friend, family member, possible werewolf. I co-host Strange Frequencies Radio, blog at Confidential Korbus, and generally walk among the weird. When I'm not doing busywork, I can usually be found with my nose in a book, my eyes glued to a glowing screen, or my ears tuned to The Ramones.
