SFR 341: Off to Lily Dale!

–It’s great to be back! We have a few stories from the week we missed to catch up on.
–The two girls involved in the “Slenderman” stabbing case will be tried as adults.
–The Mormon church, in an apparent effort to be more transparent, are releasing artifacts from its history. Photos of Joseph Smith’s “seer stone,” as well as the printer’s manuscript of the Book of Mormon are two items released recently.
–An “animal psychic” reveals the last words of Cecil the Lion.
–The rest of the show focuses mainly on the day trip we went on with our friend Nick Callis to Lily Dale, NY on Saturday. Lily Dale is a whole community of psychics and mediums, so you might be able to imagine a bit of what it is like. Still, we have a few stories about the sights and sounds, the “healings” we experienced, and all the metaphysical woo we bought along the way.
