–Donald Trump is officially President of the United States. We have lots of thoughts about the inauguration, the protests, the riots, the Women’s March, and more. This is going to be a wild four years.
–Hacker group Anonymous has threatened Trump, saying that he will “regret” these next four years. But this same group “declared war” on Trump just about a year ago, threatening to dismantle his campaign, and now he is president. So, really, what good are they?
–In one of his last acts in office, President Obama commuted the sentence of Chelsea Manning, the transgender Army intelligence analyst convicted of violations under the Espionage Act. Manning is now set to be released in May, after serving 7 of the 35 year sentence.
–Wikileaks founder Julian Assange once vowed he would accept extradition to the United States if Manning’s sentence was commuted. Now that it has happened, there is lot of conflicting information about whether or not he will live up to that promise.
